Our Story
Why RNM exists.
With a background in Human Resource Management and a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, I created RNM Talent Source after seeing a challenge affecting both sides of our Michigan communities.
Businesses were struggling to find reliable, qualified employees, while job seekers were struggling to find opportunities where their skills could truly be put to work.
I saw an opportunity to bridge that gap.
