Salaried & professional positions | Pay when you hire
For qualifying salaried and professional positions, RNM offers success-based recruiting. We source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for your open position. You only pay a placement fee when a candidate accepts an offer and is hired.

15% of the candidate's first-year base salary
Example: $70,000 salary → $10,500 placement fee
You pay the placement fee only after a candidate accepts an offer and is hired.
Placement terms and fee percentage may vary based on the position, search requirements, and agreement with the employer.
The RNM Founding 10 offer is limited to the first 10 business clients who enroll in a recruiting package. The founding rate applies to the selected package and its listed services as long as the client remains active and continues using that package. Additional services, add-ons, or newly introduced services are priced separately. The founding rate is non-transferable and applies to the original business client. Public pricing may increase over time; founding clients keep their agreed rate for the selected package while they remain active clients.
